On 8 June 2004, the CZ.NIC Association signed an agreement concerning mutual relations with ha-vel family s.r.o. and Český registrátor, z.s.p.o.

On 8 June 2004, the CZ.NIC Association signed an agreement concerning mutual relations with ha-vel family s.r.o. and Český registrátor, z.s.p.o. Pursuant to this agreement effective as of 1 July 2004, ha-vel family transfers all rights and duties associated with the status of a registrar of domain names under the .cz domain to Český registrátor.

Český registrátor thus takes over the status of registrar instead of ha-vel family, including the obligations towards customers. All domain holders concerned will be informed about this step by Český registrátor.
