Requests
On this page, you can submit requests related to objects listed in the Central Domain Registry. In addition to domains, these objects include contacts, nameserver sets (NSSETs), and key sets (KEYSETs).
General information
Who can apply
Requests will be approved if they are submitted by persons authorized to do so.
Authorized persons are defined in the Rules of registrations
Appendix 2: Changes to Data in the Central Registry and Their Confirmation.
Requests submitted by a person whose email address is already associated with the contact in the registry are approved automatically
Requests submitted by an authorized person who provides a different email address and includes a signature are first reviewed by our customer support before approval
When to expect a response
Responses to requests are sent by email within a few minutes from the approval.
Request for a password (Authinfo)
By submitting this request, you will receive a password (authinfo) used to transfer the object to another registrar.
Use this option if you cannot obtain this password directly from your current designated registrar.
If you use MojeID to register domains, you can also obtain the password through our Domain Browser service.
Request to block a registrar change or all changes
By submitting this form, you are requesting that a registrar change or all changes to the object be blocked.
When all changes to an object are blocked, changes to the registrar are automatically blocked as well.
If your verified or validated MojeID account is linked to the object, you can unblock the registrar change or all changes in the Domain Browser .
Request to unblock registrar change or all changes
By submitting this form, you are requesting that the registrar change or all changes to the object be unblocked.
If all changes are blocked and you wish to unblock the registrar change, you must unblock all changes.
If your verified or validated MojeID account is linked to the object, you can un block the registrar change or all changes in the Domain Browser .
Request for a personal data report
By submitting this request, you will receive a complete report of personal data associated with your contact.
If you have a verified or validated MojeID account you can view and download detailed personal data in Domain Browser .
In addition, if you verify the information listed for the contact, you can hide most of the contact details in the public WHOIS database.
