CZ.NIC Association and the Czech Telecommunication Office concluded a memorandum of cooperation
The aim of the agreement is cooperation on Internet security, development of electronic communications networks and administration of the Internet, including domain names.
Representatives of the CZ.NIC Association, the administrator of the Czech national domain, and the Czech Telecommunication Office (CTO) signed a memorandum, which is designed to formalize cooperation between the two entities. The aim of the agreement is cooperation on Internet security, development of electronic communications networks and administration of the Internet, including domain names.
The National Telecommunications Authority is currently cooperating with CZ.NIC in measuring the quality parameters of electronic communications networks. “Together, we will soon introduce to the public an application, through which each user will be able to check how fast and stable connection they have in a particular spot. At the same time, it will help reveal weaknesses for mobile operators to focus on,” said Ondřej Filip, CEO of CZ.NIC.
