• 08:30 – Registration (please remember to bring a valid passport or other accepted ID)

• This day follows the Chatham House Rule, accessible only to participants from NATO, EU, or EEA countries with a valid passport.
• No streaming, no recording, no photos.
• 17:00 – End of Day 3

HOW TO GET THERE

From Václav Havel Airport

• From Václav Havel Airport (Terminals 1 & 2), take trolleybus line 59 towards Nádraží Veleslavín (about 15–20 minutes).
• At Nádraží Veleslavín, transfer to Metro line A (green).
• Take the metro to Dejvická station (2 stops, about 5 minutes).
• From Dejvická, you can walk (about 500 m), or
• Take tram 20 or 26 to Thákurova stop, which is approximately 100 metres from the venue.

Use the regular 90-minute public transport ticket. It is valid for both the trolleybus and the metro and costs 40 CZK (approx. €1.50).

From the city centre

• Take the metro (line A) to Dejvická station.
• From Dejvická, you can walk (about 500 m), or
• Take tram 20 or 26 to Thákurova stop, which is approximately 100 metres from the venue.

The price includes conference admission and refreshments (morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch, beverages).

Prices exclude Czech VAT (21%).

The days 1 and 2 conference (December 1 and 2) are open to everyone, and recordings will be made.

The day 3 of the conference (December 3) will follow the Chatham House Rule, will not be streamed, and no recordings or photographs will be taken.

The day 3 is open only to attendees from NATO/EU/EEA member countries who present a valid passport.
