Another publication of the Czech National Domain Administrator called "Hradla, volty, jednočipy" is intended for all those interested in electronics, the technology of digits and construction of equipment for the Internet of Things. Martin Malý, a promoter and populariser not only of the open source Arduino platform, but of other IoT projects as well, is the author of this new publication, which is traditionally published under an open licence. The electronic version of the book is available for free download at http://knihy.nic.cz; here you can also order it as a hard copy.
"The aim of the book is not to turn the readers into experts in the design of electronics construction, but to give them basic information on how this technology actually works, to uncover the curtain of secrecy that surrounds the technology of digits and to show that it is possible to construct a device even at home on the desk – one that may not be necessarily compared with electronics produced in the industry, but one that brings a lot of joy and pleasure to its builder," says the book author Martin Malý .
"In this book, the author will take you on a walk into the world of ideas that alternate with implementation. You will no longer be a mere consumer, you will become the author, co-creator or you will just be able to repair that roll which is, by the way, called resistance, even when it shall be called a resistor," say Patrick Zandl of CZ.NIC in the preface.
